that wants to do it himself or we can provide a written quote for full
turnkey Market Ready Services. Home Staging Consults start at
$150 and is due at time of inspection. Vacant Home Staging
Proposals are No Charge.

that your home can go on the market at the earliest time possible.

- Occupied Home Staging - We
can work with you to prepare your occupied home for the market.
We offer both half day and full day staging packages. Our half
day staging packages include a team of 3 working for up to 4 hours to
prepare your home for the market. Prices start at $350 for a
half day of staging. Full day staging packages include a team of
3 working up to 7 hours to prepare your home for the market.
Prices for a full day of staging start at $600.

- Vacant Home Staging and Furniture
Rental - Shows Great Home Staging and Web Solutions has the
largest inventory of furniture and accessories available for staging
vacant homes in SW and Central Virginia. Our vacant home staging
packages include furniture, accessories, art, and rugs for the key
living areas, or problem areas in your vacant home. Prices start
at $295 a month for 3 rooms, plus a staging and delivery fee. We
require a 3 month minimum rental agreement.
