Staging is the very best proven way to get top dollar for a home as you work with your clients to prepare their homes for sale. Homes that are Staged sell faster and for more money! This is because Staging sets the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest in your property. Below is a list of the staging services that we provide:

Vacant Home Staging Proposal - No Charge
We will prepare a staging plan and online marketing plan for your home with a cost estimate of furniture and accessory rental.

Furniture Rental - Varies depending on the number of rooms staged.

Photo Staging
$25 - $50 when purchased with one of our Virtual Tours
As a professional stager and virtual tour provider we can provide both services to help make your home internet ready.  Today's home buyers start their home search online so it is more important than ever to make a good first impression online.  Today your home must have good "web appeal" and we can help!

Open House Staging $75 - $100
We will arrive before your open house and help you prepare your home for an Open House by rearranging and fluffing because your home only gets one chance to make a good first impression.  We can also provide accessories and linens for the open house if needed.  We will also include a free agent eflyer to our database announcing your open house.

Staging Consults - $150 (approx 1 hour)
We walk with you through the home and you take notes while we discuss our suggestions for getting your home staged for the market.  We will provide you with a written report and a Top 10 Checklist of our professional recommendations for your home.  

Consultation/Staging Package - $250
Our most popular comprehensive consultation and staging package includes the following:

  • Preparing Your Home For Sale Workbook with a checklist / shopping list specifically for your home, Top 10 Checklist of our professional recommendations.
  • Follow up with 1 hour of Professional Staging.
  • Virtual Tour of your home after staging.
  • Professional Photos of your staged home. 
  • Agent eblast when your home goes on the market.

Half Day of Staging - $350
Our staging team does the staging work for you.  We will spend up to 4 hours at your home boxing up, rearranging, and redesigning.  At the end of the staging, we will take photos to be provided to your listing agent for the MLS and marketing.  This also includes the agent eblast when your home goes on the market.

Full Day of Staging - $600
Our staging team will spend a full day staging.  We will pack up, rearrange, and redesign your home for the market. Prior to staging, we will prepare a staging plan for you, arrange for storage if needed, and help you with color selections and accessory selection.  Upon completion we will provide you with photos and a virtual tour of the staged home. Shopping Services - $50 per hour  
We will shop for accessories and linens for your home.  There is a 2 hour minimum.

Packing and Cleaning Services - Prices Available Upon Request.

Home Redesign and Upgrade Services Available

  • Painting and Color Selection

  • Carpet Replacement

  • Hardwood Floor Refinishing

  • Ceramic Tile Installation

  • New Countertops (including granite)

  • Selection and Installation of New Light Fixture

  • Landscaping

  • Wallpaper Removal
