Virtual Tours and Agent Eblasts:
Payment is required in full when your proof is approved. Once we
receive payment, your e-blast will be sent out to the agents. Any
virtual tour or real estate show not paid in full within 5 business days
will be removed from the server and will no longer be viewable online. You will be emailed an invoice
with your proof. You can pay your invoice online using Paypal's
secure site. You do not need a paypal account to use this service,
just a credit card or debit card. If you prefer to pay by check,
you can mail your check payable to Create4u Web Design to 929 Colbourne
Avenue, Vinton, Virginia 24179. Once we receive your check,
we will send out your agent email.
Due to rising gas prices, if we required to make a second trip to your
listing for photos, there will be an additional charge of $25.
Staging Services:
All staging fees are due at time services are rendered.
Furniture rental and staging fees are due at signing of rental
