 For
over 30 years Wanda Richards has been working in the real estate
industry. She began her Real Estate career in 1980 just as interest
rates hit double digits. As an award winning REALTOR®,
Wanda
has weathered the ups and downs of the ever changing real estate
market. In 2000 she decided that it was time to take her real estate
business online but could not find a web designer that understood the
special needs of a real estate web site so she enrolled in web design
classes at Virginia Western Community College and formed Create4u Web
Design. Create4u Web Design grew in to one of the leading designers of
custom real estate web sites and web sites for small businesses in SW
and Central Virginia. In 2003 Create4u Web Design began offering
virtual tours, real estate photography, and eflyers. It became obvious
to Wanda when she would go in to photograph homes that home sellers
needed help in preparing their homes for the market. In the Fall of
2007, Wanda formed Shows Great Home Staging and Web Solutions. As the
real estate market began to decline, Wanda's staging business grew
faster than she had ever imagined.
Today Shows Great Home Staging and Web Solutions is proud to represent
over 350 of the top real estate professionals in SW and Central Virginia
as a Real Estate Stager, Web Marketing Consultant, and Virtual Tour
Provider. In 2009 Wanda was nominated by the Real Estate Staging
Association RESA for Rookie Stager of the Year. She was the only East
Coast Stager in 2009 to receive this coveted nomination. |
Ananda
Duncan and Trey Richards are value members of our staging team.
Their duties include, painting, wallpaper removal, staging services, and
furniture delivery and set-up. Their creative talents and hard
work help us pull it all together!
For
the past two years Shows Great Home Staging has sponsored the Holiday
Blanket Drive to benefit the Roanoke Rescue Mission.
